शेक्षणिक पात्रता :- उमेदवार बारावी उत्तीर्ण आणि आयटीआय (विजतंत्री/ तारतंत्री) किंवा विजतंत्री/ तारतंत्री पदविका (डिप्लोमा) आणि किमान २ वर्ष अनुभव आवश्यक आहे.

वयाची अट :-  उमेदवाराचे वय २६ जुलै २०१९ रोजी १८ ते २७ वर्ष दरम्यान असावे. (मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांसाठी ५ वर्ष आणि दिव्यांग/ माजी सैनिक उमेदवारांना १८ वर्ष सवलत.)
